 The Arab Dairy Products Co.
has gone from strength to strength and today plays a deeply important and
influential role in the cheese industry both here in Egypt and abroad. Because
we understand the importance of quality in everything we do, we go out of our
way to make sure that quality is an essential part of our business, from the
machinery we use, to the products we offer, to the people we employ.
Arab Dairy's influence in the dairy industry today is also directly
attributable to a number of factors that have all successfully come together to

have with our clients, and that we are able to offer our clients the quality
services they look for. Because our clients come from a variety of different
industries including hotels, large food chains and restaurants, Government
establishments, etc., we take pride in being able to respond to their different
needs quickly and effectively, hence, improving their business practice while
winning their trust in us.
When it comes to delivering what our customers need, we follow our own 4 Rs

the Right time. We believe that there is always room for improvement and

Great Employees Make a Great Company
Because we know that it is our people who make Arab Dairy the company it is,
providing a comfortable work environment is a top priority. This means
respecting employee rights and implenting a fair and efficient reward system.
One of the key functions of our HR department is the assessment, identification
and provision of the required training programs for all Arab Dairy staff,
thereby ensuring each employee's constant improvement and development.
Teamwork is a cherished notion and everyone at Arab Dairy is encouraged to
contribute his/her suggestions for improvement, thereby making this dynamic
process a key element of the company's development. We keep our technical staff
well-versed in the use of all machinery. We are constantly seeking talented,
dedicated and hardworking individuals to augment the team. A strong management
team is also a necessary and fundamental factor behind our success. The people
who make up Arab Dairy's management team are role models for the rest of the
company and they provide leadership, experience and guidance within the company
as well as outstanding representation outside it.
Keeping up With the Pace of Technology
Arab Dairy takes pride in its use of state-of-the art technology machinery that
serves to provide consumers with superior quality dairy products. We are
continuously seeking to improve ourselves and to meet and surpass expectations
time after time; our adoption of the latest technology is just one of the ways
we seek to accomplish that goal.
Today, the company's adoption of state-of-the art technology and its insistence
on quality production, has led to the construction of yet another sophisticated
quality assurance lab to meet the internationally accredited quality guidelines
and, above all, to ensure the health and well-being of our customers. We have
also built bacteriological and chemical laboratories in order to monitor our
production quality and incoming raw materials.
Arab Dairy currently uses ultra filtration technology, a technology that
represents the first real innovation in the history of cheese making, and a
means by which the nutritional value of milk is preserved and its utilization
period extended.
All production stages are well inspected by the quality control and assurance
department, to maintain consistency in quality at all times.
In 2006, these combined efforts and precautions crystallized when the company
became ISO 9001 - 2000 and HACCP certified taking us even further along the
road of excellence as a company.
These are some of the reasons why Arab Dairy is the great company that it is
today. As we move into the future, we continue to nurture each and every one of
these attributes taking them to new heights and finding even better ways to
advance the company and its products.
